Add rare late-season beauty to your landscape with this 10-seed pack of American Witch Hazel (Hamamelis virginiana). This hardy native shrub or small tree is famous for its fragrant yellow flowers that bloom in late fall to early winter—often after the leaves have dropped.

From October through December, bright yellow ribbon-like petals appear along bare branches, creating a striking display when most plants are dormant. The lightly fragrant flowers may be tinged with orange or red and attract late-season pollinators. In autumn, the foliage turns a clear, showy yellow before falling.

Witch Hazel typically grows 15–20 feet tall with a similar spread, forming an open, irregular crown with arching branches. It is excellent for woodland gardens, naturalized landscapes, shrub borders, hedges, and even bonsai. This adaptable species is also valued for its historical and modern medicinal uses.
