At SEJAHTERA SEEDS AND BULBS (SEJAHTERASEEDS.COM), we carefully prepare and ship all orders to ensure safe and efficient delivery. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


🇺🇸 Shipping Area

  • We currently ship within the United States only
  • International shipping is not available at this time

📦 Shipping Origin

We partner with a network of independent growers and suppliers across the United States.

  • Orders may ship from multiple locations
  • Items may arrive in separate packages and at different times

This allows us to maintain freshness and product availability.


💲 Shipping Cost

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated
  • Promotions such as free shipping may be offered at our discretion

⏱ Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days
  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or high demand
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

Tracking numbers may be generated before the carrier performs the initial scan.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days after shipment
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed

Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volume
  • Holidays or peak seasons

📍 Tracking Information

  • Tracking information will be provided when available
  • Tracking updates may be delayed or inconsistent

Important Notes:

  • “Pre-Shipment” or “Label Created” means the carrier has not yet scanned the package
  • Some shipments (especially letter mail) may have limited tracking visibility
  • Tracking may show “Delivered” before the package physically arrives

⚠️ Shipping Responsibility & Risk Transfer

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for transit is transferred to the shipping carrier.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received

📌 Refused Deliveries

  • If a package is refused by the buyer, it will be returned to the sender
  • Perishable items (plants, roots, cuttings, bulbs) that are refused are not eligible for refund or replacement
  • Refusing delivery voids any claim eligibility

📌 Delivery Attempts

  • An order is considered fulfilled once delivery is attempted by the carrier
  • Claims of “item not received” are invalid if delivery was attempted or refused

📬 Address Accuracy

  • Buyers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply

📦 P.O. Boxes

Some items may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes. We recommend providing a full street address whenever possible.


🌿 Important Notice for Live & Perishable Products

We sell live and perishable items, including seeds, plants, cuttings, roots, and bulbs.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • Shipping stress is normal and expected
  • Minor cosmetic damage is not considered a defect
  • Environmental and transit conditions are beyond our control

📌 Upon Delivery

  • Buyers must accept delivery
  • Items must be inspected immediately upon arrival
  • Any issues must be reported with:
    • Clear photos
    • Multiple angles
    • Within a reasonable timeframe

Failure to follow these steps may result in denial of claims.
