Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist while the plants establish, but avoid waterlogged roots.

Sunlight: Full sun generally supports healthy growth and fruit production.

Pruning: Joan J is an everbearing variety, and pruning practices can affect harvest timing and production. Follow the included variety-specific instructions and adapt them to your local climate.

Expected growth: The seller states that fully rooted potted plants can grow to approximately 3 feet or taller during the current growing season under suitable conditions. Actual growth depends on planting time, sunlight, weather, soil, and care.
