Kennedia prostrata, also known as Running-postman or Scarlet Runner, is a beautiful low-growing shrub native to Australia. It has light green leaves with rounded leaflets and undulating edges, and produces scarlet pea flowers and cylindrical pods. This plant prefers sandy or lighter soils, a sunny position, and is resistant to drought with some frost tolerance.

Scarification: Pour boiling water over seed , let stand in water for 24 hours, repeat process on seed that did not imbibe. Another Method: file or sand through the outer seedcoat, let stand in water for 24 hours
