Grow your own Rowan Tree (Sorbus aucuparia), also known as European Mountain Ash — a hardy, fast-growing ornamental tree valued for its white spring flowers, vibrant autumn foliage, and bright orange-red berries.

Native to Europe and Asia, this deciduous tree grows 20–40 feet tall with an upright oval crown that gradually broadens with age. In May, clusters of small white flowers bloom in flattened corymbs, followed by pendant clusters of deep orange-red berries in late summer and fall. The fruit persists into winter and attracts birds and wildlife, making it an excellent food and shelter tree.

The compound green leaves turn stunning shades of yellow to reddish-purple in autumn, providing exceptional seasonal color. Rowan thrives in cool climates and is especially well suited for northern regions (Zone 3). It performs beautifully as a specimen tree, shade tree, street tree, restoration planting, or even bonsai when young.

This 300-seed pack is ideal for reforestation projects, wildlife habitat plantings, windbreaks, restoration sites, or larger landscape installations.

You will receive seeds similar in quality and viability to those shown in the listing photos.
