Grow a hardy tropical species with this 1–2 foot tall Pond Apple (Annona glabra), shipped in a 6-inch pot and ready to establish in warm climates.

Pond Apple is a highly flood-tolerant Annona species commonly found in wetlands and coastal areas. It is especially valued as a flood-tolerant rootstock for grafting commercial Annona varieties such as atemoya, sugar apple, and cherimoya.

The fruit is conical, up to 5 inches long, with smooth yellow skin and salmon-yellow pulp. While generally not grown for fresh eating, it has traditional uses and may be processed into jelly. Seeds are not edible.

This species is an excellent choice for growers needing a tough, adaptable rootstock or for planting in low-lying or moisture-prone areas.

You will receive a plant similar in size and health to the one shown in the listing photos.

You will receive:
✔️ 1 live Pond Apple plant
✔️ Height: approximately 1–2 feet tall
✔️ Shipped in 6-inch nursery pot
✔️ Healthy, well-rooted plant
