This 960-seed bulk pack of Oregon Holly Grape (Mahonia aquifolium) is ideal for large-scale plantings, woodland restoration, native landscaping projects, and hedgerows. A hardy evergreen shrub native to the Pacific Northwest, it offers four-season interest and edible fruit.
In spring (April–May), dense clusters of mildly fragrant yellow flowers bloom above glossy, holly-like foliage. By late summer, blue-black berries develop in grape-like clusters with a soft white bloom. The berries are edible and suitable for jams or wine, while also serving as an excellent food source for birds and wildlife.
Foliage emerges reddish-bronze, matures to rich green, and often turns deep burgundy to purple-bronze in fall and winter. Plants typically grow 3–6 feet tall and 2–5 feet wide, spreading gradually by suckers to form natural colonies. Perfect for woodland gardens, shaded borders, foundation plantings, erosion control, and low-maintenance native landscapes.
