Grow your own Oregon Holly Grape (Mahonia aquifolium) with this 20-seed pack of a hardy, evergreen shrub prized for its bright spring flowers, edible berries, and year-round ornamental foliage.

Native to the Pacific Northwest, this slow-growing shrub typically reaches 3–6 feet tall with a spreading habit. In spring (April–May), clusters of fragrant yellow flowers bloom above glossy, holly-like foliage. By late summer, blue-black berries with a dusty bloom develop in grape-like clusters. The berries are edible and can be used for jams, jellies, or wine, while also attracting birds and wildlife.

The foliage emerges reddish, matures to deep green, and often turns burgundy or bronze in fall and winter, adding multi-season interest. Ideal for woodland gardens, shady borders, foundation plantings, and naturalized landscapes.
