Establish a large-scale woodland or native restoration planting with this 1800-seed bulk pack of Mountain Laurel (Kalmia latifolia). One of the most admired flowering evergreens in eastern North America, Mountain Laurel is prized for its intricate spring blooms and glossy year-round foliage.

Naturally found in rocky and sandy woods, this broadleaf evergreen typically grows as a dense, rounded shrub 5–15 feet tall and wide. With maturity, it develops sculptural, gnarled branching and may occasionally grow into a small tree reaching up to 30 feet.

In May, terminal flower clusters (up to 6 inches across) cover the shrub in spectacular bloom. Each cup-shaped flower (about 1 inch wide) features five distinct sides and ranges from rose to white with decorative purple markings inside. Small brown capsules follow flowering and may persist into winter.

Its leathery, dark green leaves remain attractive year-round, making Mountain Laurel ideal for mass plantings, woodland gardens, naturalized areas, cottage gardens, and large landscape projects. It pairs beautifully with rhododendrons and azaleas in cool, acidic soils.

⚠️ Note: All parts of this plant are toxic if ingested.
