Grow a rare and culturally treasured mango with this Long Trinidad Mango Seedling, 8–10 inches tall from last season’s crop. This very rare Caribbean variety is well known in Trinidad & Tobago and prized for its versatility and bold citrus-forward flavor.

The “Long” mango is one of the most utilitarian mangoes grown in Trinidad. It can be enjoyed green for chow and curry mango (talkari), used in chutneys, or eaten ripe. While it is a fibrous type and not typically used for slicing, it makes excellent juice and delivers a unique flavor profile—reminiscent of sweet tangerine blended with mango, without sourness.

This variety is polyembryonic, meaning seedlings grow true to seed. The parent lineage traces back to an approximately 150-year-old mango tree, making this a special heirloom selection for collectors and Caribbean fruit enthusiasts.

Plants are shipped carefully wrapped without the pot to reduce weight and ensure safe delivery.
