🌼 Growing Information

The Little Cado Avocado Tree thrives in full sun, performing best with at least 8 hours of sunlight daily, though it can tolerate partial shade. It prefers rich, loamy, well-draining soil with a slightly acidic to neutral pH (5–7). Water deeply but infrequently, allowing the soil to dry slightly between watering. Young trees need more frequent watering while establishing. Fertilize from late winter through fall using a fertilizer formulated for avocado or citrus trees. Mulch around the base to retain moisture, keeping mulch at least 6 inches away from the trunk.

This variety is best grown outdoors in warm climates or in containers that can be protected from frost in cooler areas.
