Japanese Red Cedar (Cryptomeria japonica), also known as Sugi or Japanese Cedar, is a majestic evergreen conifer prized for its graceful pyramidal shape, soft bluish-green foliage, and attractive reddish-brown bark that peels in long decorative strips.

In its native habitat of Japan and China, this tree can exceed 180 feet tall, though landscape specimens typically reach 40–60 feet. Branches form elegant horizontal tiers that ascend when young and gently droop at maturity, creating a refined and stately appearance.

This 600-seed bulk pack is ideal for:

• Nursery production
• Windbreak and privacy screens
• Avenue plantings
• Reforestation projects
• Bonsai cultivation
• Christmas tree growing

A beautiful evergreen for large landscapes where moist, rich soil conditions are available.
