Originally developed by Clark DeLisle in Northeast Kansas, this variety was selected from experimental plantings grown from seeds of Michigan wild apples. Clark’s Crab produces beautiful yellow and red apples up to 2 inches in size with a sweet-tart, candy-like flavor.

These versatile apples are excellent for fresh eating, jelly, cider, wildlife plantings, and ornamental landscaping. The tree produces heavy late-season harvests, making it a valuable addition to home orchards and edible landscapes.
