Start your own productive berry patch with this 2-plant Honeyberry pollination set featuring Aurora and Boreal Blizzard varieties. These 3-year-old gallon-grown honeyberry plants (Lonicera caerulea) are cold-hardy fruiting shrubs known for their flavorful elongated blue berries and extremely early harvest season.
Also known as haskap or blue honeysuckle, honeyberries produce berries with a unique taste often described as a blend of blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, and hints of kiwi. They are rich in antioxidants and vitamins and are perfect for fresh eating, smoothies, jams, desserts, and even homemade wine.
This two-variety set provides the cross-pollination needed for reliable fruit production, making it an ideal starter combination for home gardeners. Honeyberries bloom very early in spring and typically produce fruit weeks before strawberries, making them one of the earliest berries harvested each season.
These plants are currently dormant and will be shipped out of the pot with roots wrapped and protected with minimal planting medium for safe transportation. Each plant is gallon-grown and pruned to approximately 14–18 inches tall for shipping.
