Create your own productive cranberry patch with this pack of 600 American Cranberry seeds. Vaccinium macrocarpon is a low-growing, trailing evergreen shrub and the original source of commercial cranberries. Ideal for edible landscapes, bog gardens, and acid-loving planting beds.

This mat-forming plant grows about 12 inches tall and spreads 3–4 feet, forming a dense carpet of glossy, leathery foliage. Leaves appear bronzy in spring, deepen to dark green in summer, and turn rich bronze tones again in fall and winter.

From late spring to early summer, nodding fuchsia-pink flowers bloom with distinctive turned-back petals. By September through October, bright red edible berries mature and can be harvested for sauces, baking, drying, or fresh use. The fruit also provides valuable food for birds and wildlife. Best suited for cooler climates and consistently moist, acidic soil conditions.
