Grow your own American Cranberry with this pack of 150 high-quality seeds. Vaccinium macrocarpon is a low-growing, trailing evergreen shrub and the original source of commercial cranberries. Perfect for edible landscapes, ground cover, bog gardens, or acid-loving beds.

This mat-forming plant grows about 12 inches tall and spreads 3–4 feet, creating a dense carpet of glossy foliage. Leaves emerge bronzy in spring, turn deep green in summer, and develop rich bronze tones again in fall and winter.

In late spring to early summer, unique fuchsia-pink flowers appear with four turned-back petals and distinctive beak-like stamens. By early fall, bright red edible berries mature and can be harvested for sauces, baking, or fresh use. The fruit also attracts birds and provides valuable wildlife food. Excellent for cool climates and consistently moist, acidic soils.
