Grow your own Adam’s Needle (Yucca filamentosa) — a tough, evergreen shrub known for its bold sword-shaped foliage and tall spikes of creamy white bell-shaped flowers.

Native to coastal beaches, dunes, and sandy woods of the southern United States, this slow-growing, virtually stemless plant forms a dense basal rosette of rigid, spine-tipped green leaves up to 30 inches long. The distinctive curly white filaments along the leaf margins give the plant its unique ornamental texture.

In late spring to early summer, dramatic flower stalks rise 5–8 feet tall (occasionally taller in warm climates), producing striking panicles of nodding creamy white flowers. When in bloom, yuccas resemble tall snowy-white candles in the landscape — often called “Our Lord’s Candles.”

Extremely adaptable and durable, Adam’s Needle tolerates:

• Cold winters (Zone 5)
• Heat and drought
• Sandy and poor soils
• Salt spray and coastal conditions
• Wind exposure

Perfect for xeriscaping, rock gardens, dry slopes, foundation plantings, borders, and architectural accents. Butterflies are attracted to the flowers, and the plant provides wildlife value.

This 200-seed pack is ideal for landscape projects, nursery propagation, drought-tolerant gardens, and bulk planting.
